It has been a difficult year for everyone due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Visits to the St Francis Xavier Church columbarium require prior booking. Strict adherence to the 30 minute time slot and shorter visitation hours enforced by the Church meant lesser chances of us doing our daily visits unlike the past. Notwithstanding, 24th March 2021 remains a special date for which we made sure we turned up to say our birthday wishes and recite the Rosary for Thad.
With the safe measurement restrictions imposed, that allows only up to a maximum of 8 people for dining outside, we were glad to be able to celebrate Thad’s 31st birthday on 24th March 2021 at Peng’s Restaurant, with Fr Cary, Mama, Lau Kim, Gloria Ah Ee, Godma Reggie and Godpa Matthew. Fr Cary said a wonderful prayer for Thaddeus.

Today is Thad’s Birthday and as we celebrate we recollect the great memories and moments we shared with him. Though time flies, memories of Thad will always be with us. We will continue to keep him in our prayers and he will be deeply remembered by all of us.
